It is normal to be different - our commitment to people with disabilities
We offer people with disabilities a wide range of housing and care options for a life that is as self-determined as possible.
In our AWO services and facilities we support the self-determined life of people who are limited in their physical, mental and/or cognitive abilities or who suffer from psychological problems.
You can find information about our services here Services for people with disabilities or directly on the homepage of our subsidiary Der Sommerberg AWO Betriebsgesellschaft mbH.
The legal basis for our work is the Federal Partial Participation Act (BTHG). It aims to improve the living situation of people with disabilities in the sense of more participation and more self-determination.
