Social justice and social political policy - this is what we as AWO fight for

We implement our socio-political goals through association and professional work. Active in the social sphere, in an advisory, educational and legal capacity, we actively shape the future.

Social justice must be our guiding principle of the state and social order. We have been fighting for this in the AWO since our foundation. We are committed to the further development and necessary changes in child, youth, family, social and health policy. Our vision is solidarity in the sense of achieving equal opportunities for all. No matter what skin colour, nationality, religion or social background the people in our democratic constitutional state are. Diversity in the AWO stands for social security, participation, tolerance and solidarity, gender justice and a dignified life.
