We are happy to take responsibility - not only for the people who seek our support, but also for the many full-time and voluntary employees, thanks to whom these wonderful tasks can only be fulfilled.
The Presidium model separates the responsibilities for operating business and thus also the liability and performance of supervisory functions.
The Presidium Committee is elected for a period of four years. During this period, the 16 honorary members set the political guidelines and orientations. The Presidium is the supervisory body for the full-time Board of Directors, which is responsible for managing the business.

The full-time board members are appointed by the executive committee of the AWO Bezirksverband Mittelrhein e. V.
The district executive committee is responsible for the operating divisions, including the liability risk. The Board of Directors manages the district association under its own responsibility and represents it externally
