If you want to help, you must also have the capacity to help - and that is what the AWO WohnBau GmbH take care of.

AWO WohnBau GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of our association, is active in real estate and construction management and develops business concepts.

One of its main tasks: It manages all the AWO buildings of our district association, in which, for example, facilities for the elderly, integration and youth welfare, day-care centres or apartments are located.

In addition, AWO WohnBau GmbH supports our construction projects from the economic preparatory work to coordination and implementation.

AWO Bezirksverband Mittelrhein — DSE managt alle AWO-Gebäude des Bezirksverbands, in denen sich z.B. Einrichtungen der Altenhilfe, der Eingliederungs- und Jugendhilfe, Kindertagesstätten oder Wohnungen befinden und begleitet Dienstleistungen der Bauprojekte von der wirtschaftlichen Vorarbeit bis zur Koordination und Durchführung.
